  3. Investor Accreditation verification

    • W-2s, 1099s, or tax returns (for income >$200k/year)

    • Bank statements, brokerage statements (for net worth >$1M excluding primary residence)

    • Credit reports (to show liabilities)

  4. Investment Funding

    1. Subscription Agreement and Funding – Sign and return Subscription agreement (Legal agreement for LPs to subscribe to the SPV) with their minimum investment and accredited investor attestation.
